Seattle Public Schools (SPS) has pulled together many required documents and critical information to help staff, families, and students prepare for the upcoming first day of school.

• Student Internet Use Form
Required for students with individual network accounts. One form signed by a student is valid for the entire time that student is in one school. If a parent or guardian does not wish his or her child to have access to the Internet at school they can fill out an Internet Opt Out Form.
