WSPTA Reflections ProgramThe Reflections Program is a National PTA and Washington State PTA cultural arts competition. Its purpose is to provide an opportunity for students to use their creative talents by expressing themselves through their own original works. Whittier students may submit an original artwork entry in one of the following four art areas: Literature, Music Composition, Photography, and Visual Arts. Participation is organized by student age and grade levels. Student works are critiqued against others in the same grade division. This allows recognition and judging of artworks by appropriate developmental age and skill levels.

Entry forms will be coming home with your child, and there are more in the main office. Tables and art supplies will be set up under the covered area outside the gym on several early release Wednesdays (weather permitting) October after school to help students with they're art pieces. Entries must be turned in by November 2nd to the main office.
