    PTA Community Meetings

    PTA Community Meetings are intended to encourage broader community participation; provide timely, relevant and focused content; serve as a forum for parents to voice their thoughts on PTA and school issues; and further strengthen Whittier's sense of community. There will be four PTA community meetings during the 2018-19 school year. Meetings will be held in the school library from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (sometimes 9:00 p.m.), with a reception of snacks and beverages beginning at 6:30 p.m. 

    PTA Community Meeting dates for 2018-19 school year:

    • October 9, 2018 
    • January 17, 2019 (Community Town Hall to discuss Budget Priorities)
    • March 14, 2019
    • May 9, 2019

    Meeting notes will be posted here and on the PTA bulletin board outside the school office when they become available. 


    PTA Board Meetings

    PTA board meetings will be held monthly in the school library from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Board meetings are open to the public. If you would like to make a presentation to the board, please review the Member-Raised Issues & Opportunities form and contact the PTA Co-Presidents at least one week before the scheduled meeting.
