9/2/25 – Back To Business Day & Start of School Essentials!

Summary : Annual Back to School event - 9/2/25 Back to Business!

9/2/25 – Back To Business Day!

It’s time to get Back to Business! Join us from 2:00-5:00pm on Sept 2nd to celebrate the new school year, pick up important paperwork, take school photos and reconnect.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Want to help our staff & PTA welcome families to our new school year and make this event a success? Sign-up for a short volunteer shift!

To avoid long lines for School Photos, we have created suggested time frames for families to attend. If the times below do not work for your family, you are welcome to come when you can!
LAST NAME A-G: 2-3 PM
LAST NAME H-R: 3-4 PM
LAST NAME S-Z: 4-5 PM
(If your family can’t attend the event, no worries–your student will have their photo taken during the school day on retake day – 10/7/25.)

Families can preorder portraits here: 2025-26 Whittier Elementary Picture Day 9/2.

Print orders will be delivered to the school in 3-4 weeks after picture day; digital orders will be sent via email from no-reply@imagequix.com. Contact Yuen Lui Studio with any questions related to ordering pictures. Thank you!

Lunchroom

  • Students will use their Student ID Card  in the cafeteria line to purchase school lunch or milk.
  • Student ID Cards will be kept in classrooms for students.
  • MySchoolBucks is an online platform that allows families to pay for school meals.
